PROJECTS
PROJECT 2

As a faith-based ministry we place high importance on loving the families of our community as God loves us. We share the Gospel of Jesus Christ regularly through crusades, visiting churches and schools, and ministering openly in trading centers.
We ensure growth of beneficiaries through continuous monitoring of schools majorly looking at student behaviors and advise them on Christian-based discipline or good behaviors which can lead to positive impact on academic performance. We humbly request your support for sharing Gospel tracts and Bibles with people as well as providing us with transportation to reach far villages to spread the word of God.

PROJECT 3
One way our organisation is promoting change is to encourage our youth through their school leaders to join the School Enterprise Challenge Competition in partnership with the Teach a Man to Fish org. We have had great success with this project and have equipped students with the knowledge and skills of business that has enabled them to carry out small businesses in their communities. The impact has allowed students to acquire good life skills such as friendship formations, creative thinking, critical thinking, problem solving, self-confidence, leadership skills among others. Many schools have opened up businesses of bread making which has cured the problem of late coming among students as they no longer move to trading center to look for what to eat. We encourage the young people to use 25% of the amount obtained from business to pay for their school fees, books, school uniforms, have pocket money and buy requirements. We welcome leaders and business teachers to join with us here to enhance this project as well as investors to provide capital for their businesses.

PROJECT 5

Child abuse and early marriage is a global problem affecting millions of girls and boys across the world. It is considered a human right violation because it deprives those involved of education, health services, the chance to learn skills and the ability to develop their personalities. Long-standing cultural and traditional beliefs have kept these practices dominant in our communities and we strongly advocate for ending these practices. We visit schools and talk the children about their rights and obligations, organize community sensitization projects like drama presentations and informational meetings involving community leaders and police. We need a vehicle, teaching materials, a public address system, tents and chairs to facilitate our work. We invite volunteers to come a address these concerns with us.

PROJECT 7

We are covering organization cost through cost sharing method. This is where each member of the organization contributes an agreed amount of money that will be banked to maintain and meet organization cost. The organization is also planning to start and maintain credit schemes where every member saves money in the organization account and whoever is in need of money can borrow and return in simple interest. The interest will also be used to cover the organizational cost. We are also looking forward to starting agricultural schemes in our project such as rearing of goats and growing crops which can be sold to raise funds for the organization. Our work is financially sustainable although the organization still has the challenge of generating funds to run the organizational programs more effectively. We are currently using the income we get to rent an office, buy stationary and other organisation needs. We ask you to join with us in helping the organization to put in place some of the missing office resources such as furniture, computers, file cabinets and others.

PROJECT 4
In Uganda, among the youth, sexually transmitted diseases and early school dropout due to pregnancy are of major concern. We visit schools and sensitize students on issues such as sex changes during adolescence and Christian principles on how to conduct themselves. We also educate both girls and boys on the way to manage menstruation and hygiene in general, water and sanitation and other adolescent concerns. We need partners to supply feminine hygiene products, help us dig borehole wells for clean water supply and build clean toilet facilities.

PROJECT 6

One of our organizational objectives is to protect environment through collection of waste. This has been achieved through collecting and burning non-toxic, safe, non-recycled waste from schools, hospitals and trading centers. By doing these we have reduced environmental degradation and air pollution. We conduct environmental education sessions in our communities and schools for creating awareness to protect the environment, lessen environmental degradation and conservation. We encourage the community to plant more trees in order to reduce global warming and reducing drought conditions. We invite you to come to beautiful Uganda and volunteer your time to help us teach our communities and youth on the importance of environmental awareness.
OTHER ON-GOING PROJECTS
1. Provision of 'mama kits' to pregnant women and sensitizing them on the advantage of antenatal care, delivery in the health unit and knowing the health status especially HIV and AIDS. We do this to try and help reduce the risk death of women during pregnancy which is very high in Uganda and also to help reduce the risk of a child getting infected with HIV/AIDS during delivery. We try to provide transport for the pregnant women to the health units to reduce complications due to home births or in-transit births. Many have to walk or be carried long distances to give birth safely. We need a vehicle to help transport pregnant women in our communities.

2. Support the youth and children to nurture their talents by providing for them things like footballs, net balls, playing uniforms and boots. Football (Soccer) and Netball (volleyball) are well-loved sports here among the children and youth. We encourage their participation and hope to provide them with necessary equipment with your generous support. If you are an athletic trainer in these beloved sports, come visit us and spend time with the youth to share your knowledge and skills!

PROJECT 1

Our plan is to open a Vocational Training School and a Secondary School for teaching academic knowledge to young people in Amuria and Alebtong district. We are currently renting a space for our vocational education classes but our goal is buy land and construct a permanent school and office buildings. We have a couple of sewing machines and masonry tools for classes that have started. Our strategic plan is to grow this school to it's fullest potential. We need all necessary equipment and teaching materials for classes in Tailoring, Hairdressing, Carpentry, Brick laying, Computer, Electrical, Plumbing, Welding and Agriculture. We also aim to have an Early Childhood Learning Center and at least 2 vehicles for Driver's Education courses. Please join with us in creating a school for our youth to have specialized skills for future employment opportunities.
The Secondary school will also help to reduce high school drop outs in post primary education due to high school fees in most of the schools. We intend to cut the school fees rate to all, allowing many drop outs to join in schools.
